Default Importing Evo into Canada

So I've done a little reading on www.riv.ca and it seems that you could import a US spec Evo in Canada. Looks like you would require to change the rear bumper, daylight running lights and electronic immobilizer. Small changes when you consider it could save you up to 10,000 thousand dollars.

Anyone else had a look at this?

Why would you need to change rear bumper?

And other things.

EVO X is on the cannot import list.
There is nothing you can do to it to make it importable.
